Ye ledger un bills ka hai jinke liye "Which account is this bill for?" me govt account chuna gaya — patient ke due me nahi ginte. Cmd+K me "Scheme / Govt Account" likh kar bhi khulta hai. Hinglish language me pill "🏦 Bank milaan (RGHS + patient)" aur button "Reimbursement mila" dikhte hain. Ye 'Govt Schemes & Insurance' add-on ka hissa hai — menu me na dikhe ya 'Upgrade required' aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.

Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Scheme A/c — "Scheme / Govt Account" (RGHS / CGHS bills ka govt wala khata). Billing → Bills → Billing Hub me "Scheme / Govt A/c" aur "Bank reconciliation" cards bhi hain, aur Billing → Bills page ke upar "Scheme A/c" tab. Andar do pill: "🏛️ Scheme bills" aur "🏦 Bank reconciliation (RGHS + patient)". Mobile: Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Scheme A/c, ya Billing screen ke upar building wala icon.
