Form me doctor chunne ka option nahi, isliye bill bina doctor ke banta hai. Bill raat ~2 baje (IST) banta hai aur patient ko is se koi message nahi jaata; paisa us bill par "Collect payment" se lo ya UPI Autopay mandate lagao. Jis treatment ka poora bill pehle hi ban chuka hai uske liye Recurring mat lagao — har cycle naya bill judkar double ho jaayega. Web par edit nahi hota (mobile me ✏️); row par "Pause" / "Resume" / "Cancel" hain. Billing → Bills list ka "Recurring" button aur patient chart ⋯ → Quick actions → "Recurring Charges" isi page par laate hain. Koi bhi staff login bana sakta hai. Mobile: Billing → Bills → "Recurring Charges" → "+ New Charge" (Quick presets bhi).

Billing → Bills → EMI & Autopay → "Schedules" tab → "+ New Schedule" → Plan Type "Recurring (Subscription)" → Patient, Description (jaise "Ortho monthly adjust"), "Per-cycle Amount ₹", "End strategy" ("Open-ended (until cancelled)" / "Run N times" / "Run until end date"), Frequency (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually), "Start date" → "Create Schedule". Har cycle par system patient ka naya final bill khud bana deta hai.
