Insights → Reports me koi bhi report kholo — data ke saath 📊 Excel (CSV) aur 🖨 Print buttons milte hain. Ye universal exporter hai — kisi bhi report ka data table bana ke utar deta hai, chahe wo P&L ho, AR Ageing ho ya Doctor Productivity.
Alag-alag zarooratein:
- Excel/CSV — CA, accountant, ya khud analysis ke liye. File spreadsheet me khul jati hai.
- PDF — 🖨 Print dabao aur print dialog me 'Save as PDF' choose karo.
- Books ka data — Insights → Books me har tab (Day Book, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, Ledger) ka apna CSV export hai — column ordering mobile aur web me same rehti hai.
Mobile se bhi: drawer → Insights → Reports — wahi reports phone par, wahi export.
Tips:
- Export se PEHLE From/To range sahi set karo — export wahi utarta hai jo screen par hai.
- File ka naam report + period ke saath rakho (jaise pl-apr2026.csv) — CA ke saath back-and-forth bachta hai.
- Patient data wale exports (contact lists etc.) WhatsApp pe casually mat bhejo — DPDP ke hisaab se sambhal ke share karo.
