Multi-branch ya multi-doctor setup me 'total' number se decision nahi hota — unit-wise chahiye.

Kaise dekho:

1. Dashboard → '📊 Full Analytics' → Doctor / Branch tab — From/To set karke doctor aur branch level ka breakdown.
2. Insights → Reports me bhi kaafi reports doctor-aware hain — report ke upar doctor filter lagao to Doctor Productivity, Treatments Done, No-Show, Case Acceptance jaise reports us doctor ke liye chal jate hain. Ek-ek doctor select karke same report chalao = clean comparison.
3. Doctor-level ke liye ready-made: Staff & Doctors → Doctor Productivity (sab doctors ek table me — sabse aasan comparison yahi hai).

Branch compare karte waqt dhyan:

• Dono branches ka data ek hi system me hona chahiye (multi-branch setup ke hisaab se).
• Sirf revenue mat dekho — expenses bhi branch-wise soch ke dekho (rent alag, staff alag), warna choti branch hamesha buri dikhegi.
• Naye branch ko ramp-up time do — 6 mahine se pehle compare unfair hai.

Export karke dono units ka monthly scorecard banao — trend hi asli jawab deta hai.
