Insights → Reports → Staff & Doctors → Specialist Fees kholo. Har doctor ke liye: total revenue (done treatments), treatment count, aur doctor profile ke commission percent se calculated commission.
Agar tumne Commission Rules / tier slabs set kiye hain (volume ke hisaab se badhta percent), to Financial Controls me doctor commissions ka detailed hisaab dekho — wahan rules ke hisaab se payout banta hai.
Process:
- Mahina khatam hote hi Specialist Fees report chalao.
- 📊 Excel export karke doctor ko bhejo — transparency se jhagda nahi hota.
- Payout ko expense me record karo (Practice → Billing → Expenses) taaki P&L sahi rahe.
Edge cases:
- Jin treatments me doctor assign nahi hua unka credit kisi ko nahi jata — pehle Doctor Productivity me zero-revenue check karke fix karo.
- Commission percent doctor profile me set hota hai — naye doctor ka set karna bhool gaye to commission zero aayega.
- RGHS/scheme patients ke alag rates hain to revenue wahi ginta hai jo bill me laga.
